Canadian Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium

The Canadian Resuscitation Research Consortium ( CanROC) is a collaboration of Canadian resuscitation researchers and Emergency Medical Service partners to share case data in the National Registry. It is supported by Heart & Stroke and is an integral part of their Resuscitation Program. Its main purpose is to increase survival from cardiac arrest across Canada by sharing process and outcomes for quality improvement, through observational and comparative effectiveness investigations and as a foundational support for clinical trials. The vision is for Canada to have the best survival from sudden cardiac arrest of any country in the world.

BC RESURECT is CanROC’s BC site and its leadership serves on the CanROC Steering Committee and subcommittees.
